- Standard of Proof - RCTB (not K9)
- Class of Drug - Class A or B
- Search for - Class A or B secreted for U/L purpose
- Any Constable or Customs Officer may request
- Request for detention warrant from from District Court Judge
- Medical practitioner approved by Commissioner or Chief Executive of Customs

- Search for - Class A, B and C
- Constable
- Request to require suspect to allow medical practitioner to conduct internal exam
- Medical practitioner nominated by Constable
