- review previous charts
- brief CH
- main tests: VAs, pupils, EOMs, CVFs, other relevant tests
*Document VAs FIRST to avoid liability!

A
If FB, may have to instill Proparacaine FIRST !
- same tests
- gross observation (outside of SL)
- other relevant tests: SLE (Fluress strips to see if there is staining, lid eversion, A/C eval, TBUT, IOP, etc)

- binocular and/or accom testing?

- check: fit, VAs, pt comfort, over-refraction
- start over w/ different lens?

- check fit — including SLE for eye health

- VF (refraction to determine trial lens?)
