No. Don’t need to amend claim form if the amendment is related to the claim, if the amendment is completely new/fresh/unrelated, then you should amend.

What happens if you’re not willing or can’t afford to pay an undertaking into court?

No pay = no say.
If you’re not willing to give an undertaking in damages then tough luck, you’re not getting it. You have to be willing to give an undertaking in damages which they shouldn’t have done, then there’s money to compensate, if you don’t have the money to compensate, then they won’t give interim injunction.
