Interim Cost Order

You will rmbr that costs order following any interim application be subject to “summary assessment” by judge at end of interim hearing UNLESS there is “good reason” not to do so.

A written statement of costs must be filed and copies be served on any party against twhom the order of payment of the costs is to be sought ( NO LESS THAN 24 HOURS before the TIME FIXED FOR THE HEARING FOR INTERIM APPLICATION HEARING)( not less than 2 days before the trial for FT)
