What is copy right?

A

Automatic protection given to IP in the form of film, music, art or internet content. Can last 25 to 70 years.

A

Automatic protection given to designs lasting 15 years from creation and 10 years from sale. Only applies to shape/configuration and how the parts of a design might all fit together.

A

A

A

It makes it an offence to copy registered designs and create a new product or very similar product to one that is protected as a registered design.

A

The one most relevant here is false representation. E.G you claim that your product is in fact another product and that product is under a protection order. Especially if this then causes you a gain and them a loss.
