1. request permission - the student needs permission from the dean of faculty.
2. create a plan - a detailed plan of the student´s academic activities and assessments is created.
3. Collaborate: This plan is developed together by the academic unit (e.g., department, faculty) and the student
4. Approval: The final plan is approved by the Dean and becomes the student’s individual study schedule.
