Throttle
The control that changes engine speed

The instrument that shows the speed of the aircraft. Measured in knots

The instrument that shows how high the aircraft is flying

The highest altitude the aircraft is capable of flying
Stall
This occurs when the aircraft pitches its nose too steeply or when the aircraft doesn’t have enough forward speed to keep flying
Vertical speed indicator
The instrument that shows how fast the aircraft climbs or descends
Tachometer
The instrument that shows engine speed
Rpm
Revolution per min how fast the engine is turning
Visibility
How far head the pilot can see
Navigate
To follow a course to reach a destination
Taxi
To slowly drive the plane on the ground
