Or if self-inspections or regulatory compliance inspections determine existing control measures are ineffective in minimizing pollutant discharges from the construction activity.

What does the SWPPP need to clarify with regards to contractors?

What should be included in an operator’s inspection report?
-Time and date of inspection/date and rainfall amount of last measurable storm
-Any discharges occurring during inspection
-Any land disturbing activities that occurred outside LOD.
-Identify any maintenance needs for ESC controls

-Any pollutant generating activity not identified in the P2.

The SWPPP must be modified with any changes in design, construction, operation or maintenance, if any inspection has identified issues that need to be addressed, and dates when major grading has occurred. When else does the SWPPP need modified or updated?
- When areas have reached final stabilization.
- Dates when stabilization measures are initiated
