Why are Pre-construction meetings important?
They provide an opportunity to review the construction schedule and note when BMPs will be installed so that the inspection schedule correlates with the construction project. Inspectors can also let the operator know they are available for technical assistance and are serious about compliance with the VSMP and ESC Regulations.
