2 bedroom mid terrace infill development
Cambridge
IHT purpose
2 storey cavity brick construction under a pitched roof
Interlocking tiles and flat felt roof to the back
Double glazing and off street parking
Built 1970s.
Potential problems: flat roof, natural light and right of way across the way for neighbouring property

What advice did you give?

A

I acknowledged it is not traditional construction. However, it was one of the few properties offering off street parking. This is a premium. It was modernised to good standard. Close to central.
Advised the RV is not accepted. Negotiated and accepted a higher val.

If its a threat to health, notify the person in control and emergency measures required and who to contact for specialist advice

Layout issues. This was the only restaurant with an unconventional layout which a hypothetical tenant would consider and would impact value.
