What are factors that you must consider when inspecting a site?
Location, access, site layout & coverage, construction, age, parking, amenities, spec, quality, state of repair, use, hazards & sustainability

- New or comprehensive refurb
-Good location
-Good access
-High status finish
-Air con
-Floor boxes
-Suspended ceilings
-2 lifts
-2.5kilo newton floor load
-BREEAM excellent
-10m sq/person
-Good natural light
-Cat A lighting
-Well being features such as plants

Look to see mould/ fungi growth, smell, stay away if either

What is meant by the safe person concept?
Each individuals assumes individual behavioural responsibility for their own, their colleagues and others health and safety while at work.
I.e at all times but primarily when on-site you accept prime responsibility for your own wellbeing.
Who’s responsible for enforcing planning breaches?
Local planning authority by way of warning notices/enforcement notices then can go to court
How do you change the use of a property?
By applying via planning permission
