What would you do if you discovered asbestos in the building?

How do you know, despite asbestos being present, it is safe to enter?
If it is contained then it is safe to enter
What else would you look for that might cause building defects to an industrial property (or any property)?

How would you identify Japanese Knotweed
Green and purple hollow stem
Creamy white leaves in late summer early autumn
Lots of green leaves
Why is Japanese knotweed such a concern?
Fast spreading, hard to control and very damaging to foundations / structure
