A
  • Valuation technique used to measure shop frontage where the front of shop Is more valuable than the back based on the halving back technique.
  • Split into zones, each zone around 20 ft (30ft zone for oxford street, bond street, Scotland). Use halving back principle down to Zone C or D then remainder

A

If you removed the offices, it would be industrial, so you adopt the main measurement.
Strip the office away and you have more industrial, so measured all in industrial
