Benzodiazepines:
-Estazolam
-flurazepam
-quazepam
-Temazepam
-Triazolam

-Have sedative, muscle relaxant, anxiolytic, and anticonvulsant properties
Adverse effects:
-residual daytime sedation
-confusion/forgetfulness
-falls/fractures
-abuse potential
-withdrawal syndrome

*Recommended for sleep maintenance
