Defecation - What is normal?
A
- In the morning once a day
- Thick, long and well formed
- No straining or waiting needed and abdomen feels empty afterwards (save time and decrease chance of getting an aneurysm)
- Not dry or sticky - one time wipe (save a lot of money on toilet paper)

- Pale yellow, clear - pale in winter, dark in summer
- Moderate frequency - more in winter less in summer
- Not much odor
