Why would a laptop most likely use a Touchpad?
The touchpad on a laptop does the same job as the mouse on a desktop computer. It is sometimes also called a trackpad. The touchpad is used to control the mouse pointer, also known as the cursor. The cursor is used to point at and choose (or activate) items on the screen.

Optical Character Recognition - can be used to convert text on the paper into text which can be edited with a word processor.
Why would a designer wish to use a Graphics Tablet rather than a mouse for creating drawings?
They would because they can draw on the tablet.
What problem can Voice Recognition systems suffer from?
They might not pick you up clearly.

It is used for conference call.
