2) lumbar spring test for extension if positive
3) 4 point test

Direct and indirect treatments of the Innominate?

Direct –>

Anterior innominate –> flex at hip and knee and have them push back

Posterior innominate –> leg off table and have them push up

Inferior shear –> don’t do it

Superior Sheer –> don’t do it

Indirect –>

posterior innominate BLT –> rotate trunk to side affected, push up on affected leg, pull down on other leg

Anterior innominate BLT –> pull down affected leg, push up on contralateral, rotate trunk to OPPOSITE side affected
