T10-L1; inferior hypogastric plexus; contract uterus, decrease blood flow to uterus

T10-L2; inferior hypogastric plexus; relax cervix
Sympathetic innervation to testes/epididymis
T9-T10, L1-L2; celiac/SMG; ejaculation
Sympathetic innervation to prostate
L1-L2; inferior hypogastric plexus; decrease blood flow to prostate
Parasympathetic innervation to cervix
S2-S4; constrict cervix
Parasympathetic innervation to ovaries/fallopian tube
Vagus/S2-S4; increase blood flow to ovaries
Parasympathetic innervation to uterus
S2-S4; relax and increase blood flow
Parasympathetic innervation to testes/epididymis
Vagus/S2-S4; increase blood flow to testicles
Parasympathetic innervation to clitoris/penis

Anterior vulva/scrotum: branches of ilioinguinal and genitofemoral nn.
Perianal skin and lower anus: inferior rectal n. from pudendal
Labia/posterior scrotum: posterior labial/scrotal n. from pudendal
Clitoris/penis: dorsal n. of clitoris/penis from pudendal
