- Description of any weapons carried
- Discuss what areas of responsibility are at the scene
- Decide who will deal with suspects/ victims
- Plan how your vehicle approach will be
- Discuss where the safe forward point will be

Why is your ability to work in a logical manner important to carrying out initial action at the scene of an incident?
The action you take at any scene of a serious offence may be crucial to the successful prosecution of the offender OR the successful resolution of the incident
