Vanilla Chai
A spiced vanilla flavor.
EVOO
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - The purest classification of olive oil
Coconut Milk Chia Seed Pudding
A pudding made by soaking chia seeds in coconut milk. When soaked, the seeds absorb the milk creating a gel like pudding. They are full of nutrition and health benefits.
Crimini Mushrooms
Similar in color and flavor to a portobello mushroom. It is a young portobello harvested before opening up, but after changing from a white, softer mushroom.
Chorizo Sausage
A pork sausage, typically made with dried, smoked, red peppers giving it a red color.
Vera Cruz Sauce
A moderately mild sauce made from olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, olives, oregano, and capers

Gruyere Cheese
A hard yellow swiss cheese. Sweet but slightly salty, with a flavor that changes widely with age. It is a good melting cheese.
Brioche Bun
Bread (French) that is similar to a pastry due to it’s high egg and better content.
Ciabatta Bread
An Italian white bread made similar to French baguettes, but typically made in small loaves.
Maldon Sea Salt
A light, flaky salt from England known for it’s milder taste.
Almond Butter
A nut butter, paste, made from grinding almonds. Healthier alternative to peanut butter and can be consumed by most people with peanut allergies.
Pico de Gallo
A salsa containing less liquid than typical salsa.
Italian Sausage
A pork sausage most often noted for being seasoned with fennel.
Shallots
A type of onion with a mild garlic-like taste
Kale
A long leafed cabbage variety where the leaves are eaten and no head is grown. Firm texture until cooked for a long time.
Ricotta Cheese
An Italian whey cheese made from the whey leftover from making other cheeses. Creamy white in appearance and slightly sweet in taste.
Quinoa
A nutrition dense edible seed that has been eaten for thousands of years in South America. Often similar to rice or other grains when served.
Havarti Cheese
A subtle flavored creamy cheese with a buttery aroma and taste. It softens quickly and is a good melting cheese.
Monterey Jack Cheese
A mild flavored semi hard cheese with a slightly sweet taste.
Dijonnaise
Dijon mustard and mayonnaise mixed. Typically made with white wine or wine vinegar instead of the white vinegar typically used with yellow mustard.
Peppadew Peppers
A pickled grape-sized red pepper originating in South Africa.
Turmeric
A deep orange-yellow powdered spice made from boiled, dried, and ground rhizomes of the turmeric plant.
Agave Nectar
A sweetener made from the juice of the agave plant.
