How is it second conditional senteces to talk about hypothetical or improbable situations in the present/future
If + past simple, would/wouldn´t/ could/couldn´t + infinitive. Ex: If there was a fire in this hotel, it would be very difficult to escape / If you weren´t making so much noise, I could concentrate better.
How is it third conditional senteces to talk about hypothetical past situation.
If + past perfect, would/wouldn´t/ could/couldn´t /might + have + past participle. Ex: If you had studied more, you would have done better in the exams / If they had known you were coming, they might have stayed longer.
Use look, feel, smells, etc +
adjective. Ex: She LOOKS TIRED / That SMELLS GOOD / These jeans don´t FEEL COMFORTABLE
Use look, feel, smells, etc + like +
noun. Ex: He LOOKS LIKE HIS FAHTER / This material FEELS LIKE SILK / This TASTES LIKE TEA
Use look, feel, smells, etc + as if +
clause. Ex: She LOOKS AS IF SHE´S BEEN CRYING / It SMELLS AS IF SOMETHING´S BURNING.
