The prosecutor must be advised the exhibit is available. The exhibit must be referred to during the giving of evidence and one witness will produce the exhibit to the court.

A court order may be made for the return/forfeiture/destruction of the exhibit. It must be held until after the time for appeal has lapsed. YOU are responsible for uplifting the exhibit from the court and dealing with it appropriately.
