Information that is received form the Scences
What is the decision making phase
Interprets the input using short term and long term memory and descides what, when, how to respond
What is the output phase?
The action that responded to the situation
What is the feedback phase?
Will indicate wether response was correct and successful
What are the 2 types of feedback?
Intrinsic and extrinsic
What is intrinsic feedback?
What is felt by the performer during/after a performance
What is extrinsic feedback.
Feedback provided by an external source
What is knowledge of results feedback.
Focuses on the end result of the performance
What is knowledge of performance feedback?
Focuses on how well athlete performed
