Sarcoidosis
Systemic pathology of unknown origin. Tiny clumps of abnormal tissue (granulomas basically clusters of immune cells) form on organs and body.
Occurs between ages of 20-40, women > men, Africans > whites.

Can occur after Neurological damage. Resistance to Flexion of involved upper extremity causes Flexion of involved lower extremity
