Q21 When will you send the DF message through the CMT during the flight?
A: Send before Inflight Retail operator goes into the cabin (customize the message based on current promotion - refer to PA) on Inflight Entertainment System (IFE) system and send message to all TV screens.
Before Inflight Retail service ends select the pre-defined Inflight Retail closing message on Inflight Entertainment System (IFE) system and send message to all TV screens
Q1 DF limits for service recovery in each cabin
A: Value of the complimentary item is based on the customer’s class of travel and should not exceed the limits below: Y class - 300AED J class - 500AED F class - no limit
Q2 Which sales transactions are nonrefundable
A: We cannot offer refund or exchange for these products with opened packaging and the following Non-refundable transactions Cosmetics Fragrances Skin care products All Apple products All Mont Blanc products Anything sold with inflight retail voucher Champagne sales Upgrades and extra legroom seat sales

Q4 When IR can be preordered i.e. what is the preorder window?
A: Customers will be able to place their orders from 21 days up to 40 hours before their flight departure time. This service is available on all routes departing Dubai and on most routes departing from other destinations to Dubai. Customers will be notified of this new service through various communication channels.
Q5 Positions for IR operators
A: A position is reserved for an inflight retail operator in each cabin This should be assigned to the inflight retail operator (top seller) as per their operating grade. Check icon on crew portal/pulse Once this position is assigned, remaining reserved positions may be assigned to other crew members for other duties A380 (2 operators. one on each deck) 3 class UR1, ML4A, MR5 A380 (2 operators. one on each deck) 2 class UR3, MR5 B777 (1 operator) 3 class R1, L2, R3 B777 (1 operator) 2 class R1, L2
