Mx of male factor
If tubes are ok - IUI
If no patent tubes - IVF with ICSI

Semen analysis
See if count or motility is the problem
Fertilisation factors?
Tubal damage - PID, surgery, endometriosis, adhesions
Cervical problems - infection, inadequate mucus due to cone biopsy
Sexual problems
Investigation of tubes?
Hysterosalpingogram
AMH for?
Measure of ovarian reserve
What happens in IVF?
1) 2 weeks daily SC FSH and LH injections
2) Single LH injection to trigger final maturation
3) TV follicle aspiration
