A

Migrates intestine -> peritoneum -> crosses diaphragm -> pleural space -> subpleural tissues -> eosinophilic and neutrophilic inflammation
Form bullae and cysts through parenchyma
Mature flukes access bronchioles via network of ‘tunnels’, allowing ova to be coughed up and swallowed to permit faecal shedding
