UTI prophylaxis for post intercourse frequent infections
Single dose nitrofurantoin or trimethoprim after intercourse is first line
BCG vaccine , criteria for tuberculin test

Age group eligible for intranasal influenza vaccine
2-3 years old get 1st dose then is given annually ,
Given intranasally and is a live vaccine
Main difference between pneumococcal vaccine and influenza injectable vaccine
1) pneumococcal vaccine given as one off ,
Influenza given annually
2) pneumococcal only for asthma patients who use oral steroids
influenza for asthma patients on inhaled steroids,
3) PCV for DM patient on medication ,
Influenza for DM patient on diet control as well.
