What are the clinical diagnosis criteria for rheumatic fever?
A
Jones Criteria:
2 major OR 1 major and 2 minor + evidence of preceding Strep infection:
- Major: Carditis and valvulitis, arthritis, CNS involvement, subcutaneous nodules, erythema marginatum
- Minor: Arthralgia, fever, increased ESR or CRP, prolonged PR interval
