Parasitic Infection caused by Plasmodium species

What species of Plasmodium cause Malaria ?
A
Plasmodium falciparum - Most severe, fatal
P. vivax, P. ovale, P. malariae, and P. knowlesi -
Less severe, won’t compromise vital organs
