Why might migrant communities grow quickly once established in a foreign country?
As migrants find success, this encourages more people from the same community (possibly family) to migrate as well. Furthermore, the areas develop specific services e.g. religious buildings and specialist food/ clothes shops which make living there easier for migrants. These areas also have above average numbers of people who speak the same language as the migrants
