What is Human Capital Theory
Imagines that theres on big labour market out there and they argue that one of side of that labour market is the supply side, so potential employees, in theory those employees have wants and desires in terms of jobs but they also bring a set of skills into the labour market.
On the demand side are the potential employers they habe taks they need to carry u they are matching people.
What is the Human Capital Explanations of Labour-market based inequality
it suggests that individuals are sorted into good jobs and bad jobs on the basis of individual skill education and experience
those who invvest more into human capital will reap greater labour market rewards, especially higher incomes
