Titanic Quarter Urban Renewal

A

 7500 dwellings (including apartments and townhouses);
 a high quality business quarter; Shops, hotels and offices built.
 Belfast Metropolitan College and Public Records Offices have relocated here.

 a restored former Harland and Wolff headquarters;
 a series of hotels;
 a cruise liner berth and facilities for tourism; 1.5km of attractive water
frontage hosted the Tall Ships in 2009.
 leisure developments such as restaurants, cafes, bars and fitness clubs;
 local services and business support such as local retail, health care, crèches
and day nurseries.
 Derelict industrial site will be decontaminated (cleaned up).
 International firms Citigroup and Microsoft have opened offices here.
 Developers claim 20,000 jobs will be created over 15 years.
 Residents will be attracted by the restaurants, local shops and leisure
facilities included in the plans for the site.
