He created a health report showing the living conditions of the people in the cities
Why did Edwin Chadwick make such a big change?
Because he created a report and changed people’s opinions and they started protesting against Parliament for better living conditions which they eventually granted

What did the public health act do?
It gave local councils the power to break down old houses to build better ones in their place
Who was John Snow and what did he do?
He was a doctor who investigated a place where there was an outbreak of Cholera, and he found out that disease was spread through water and not smells, like most people thought
