HA infections with Pseudomonas or resistant GN
Carbapenems
serious HA infections with resistant GNs
Monobactams
gram negatives, for penicillin allergic patients if pseudomonas
vancomycin
MRSA, coag - staph, enterococcal infections, c. difficile
Fluoroquinolones- end in -floxacin
UTI, prostatitis, respiratory tract infections, bone and joint; MDR TB
Macrolides- azithromycin, clarithromycin
CA pneumonia, Lyme, non-gonococcal urethritis, H. pylori
