Why are appraisals important in public healthcare?
Appraisal is important to maintain the public, employer, self and other healthcare workers confidence in the safety and effectiveness of the dental profession.
Why do dentists have to appraise?
It is a contractual obligation for all dental staff employed in the PDS and hospital dental services. Expected to be undertaken in practises for practise inspections.
