Solicitation
Solicitation occurs when
(1) defendant incites, counsels, advises, induces, urges, or commands another person
(2) to commit a crime
(3) with the intent that the crime be committed by that person
Conspiracy
A conspiracy requires
(1) an agreement between or among two or more persons to commit a crime
(2) the intent to enter into the agreement; and
(3) the intent to achieve the objective of the agreement
All co-conspirators are liable for any acts of another co-conspirator that are foreseeable and in furtherance of the conspiracy.
Accomplice Liability
Elements are that
(1) defendant encourages or assists
(2) another person who commits a crime
(3) with the intent to promote or facilitate the commission of the crime.
Accessory after the fact
An accessory after the fact is one who receives, relieves, comforts, or assists another, knowing that he has committed a felony, in order to help the felon escape arrest, trial, or conviction
