A

Benzodiazepines: Diazepam (valium), Lorazepam (Ativan) to decrease agitation, seizure-like movements, & muscle stiffness

  • -Cyproheptadine (Perilactin): blocks serotonin produc.
  • -fluids by IV
  • -withdrawal of medicines that caused the syndrome
