THe ideas corp values beliefs practices and expectations about behavious and daily customers that are shared by the employees in an org–the normal way of doing things
Culture can be a barrier in realising any type of CSI
CSI and Culture key concept
you do not start out to change the culture
you start out to change the employees attitude and behaviour
when implementing CSI you are asking the staff members to change how they do things (behaviours)
You want them to embrace the CSI activities and procedures (attitudes)

A

CIMA framework of enterprise governance covers the corp governance and the business mgmt aspects of the org.
IT Orgs must comply with rules and legislation and continually demonstrate compliance through successful independent audits by external orgs
-IT ORgs are increasingly being called on to do more with less and create additional value while maximizing the use of existing resources
-Internal IT orgs must transform themselves into effective and efficient IT service providers or they will cease to be relevant to the business and soon after cease to exist
