Unique numeric identifier for each facility
VisitID
Unique patient ID representing each surgery (visit)
ImplantItemsID
The unique ID given to every implant item loaded into Inspire
PatientName
The name of the patient having surgery. This is a sensitive field that we recommended hiding and being thoughtful about who this data field is shared with.
admissiondate
Day the surgery occurred
Description
Implant product description
PricePerUnit
The price of an individual implant item. This is the same field as each price in PH. Warning: implant log pricing is not always accurate so do not use this information as fact.
unitsUsed
Total quantity of individual implant items utilized. This is the same field as PO eaches in PH.
Cost
The total cost of items utilized. (Example: Price per Unit $500 * units used 2= Cost $1,000)
AccountNumber
The patient ID from HST. This correlates with Account Number and Local Patient ID in ECA.
VisitNumber
How you differentiate in between different visits. (Example: 2= visit #2 for the patient)
PrimaryPayer
The specific type of insurance provided by the patient. (Example: BCBS of Texas). This correlates with Payer Name in ECA.
PrimaryCorpFSC
A grouping of different payors into similar categories for billing purposes. This correlates with Financial Class Description in ECA.
Manufacturer
The producer of the product or service
modelnumber
The Manufacturer (producer) unique product identifier. This is the same field as ALPHAMANPARTNUM in PH.
