what is a trademark
A trademark is a word, phrase, symbol, or combination that helps consumers identify a particular product.
what is a patent
A patent is a right granted to an inventor that permits them to exclude others from making, selling or using the invention for a period of time.
define & list at least 2 conditions of fair dealings
Fair dealings is an exception to copyright.
It means that works can be copied and used, but only under certain conditions.

In 2006, Australia added several ‘private use’ exceptions to copyright.

Moral Rights protect the relationship between a creator and their work (even if the creator no longer owns the work)
-Right of attribution
The right to be clearly labeled as the author. You must attribute (give credit to) the creator.
-Right against false attribution
You must not say a person is a creator of a work when they’re not.
-Right of integrity
You must not do something with a work (such as change or add to it) that would have a negative impact on the creator’s honour/reputation

Digital Citizenship is all about using digital devices and the Internet responsibly.
