Immunotherapy-related diarrhoea
A
Grade 1 - supportive care (<4 stools per day) + continue immunotherapy
Grade 2-3 - PO Prednisolone + cease immunotherapy
Grade 4 - IV methylprednisolone
If no improvement -> consider infliximab / vedoluzimab
