Adrenaline is dosed 0.01 mg/kg up to 0.5mg q5-15 min. An infusion is at 0.1 - 10 micrograms/minute IV.
Diphenhydramine and ranitidine are dosed at 1 mg/kg up to 50mg.
Steroids are also given, methylprednisolone and prednisolone are 1 mg/kg and hydrocortisone is 1.5 mg/kg.
