What causes leafiness?

A

Squamous cells. Tight junctions and desmosomes.

Pores develop.

Chemokines

A

Small proteins that are released into leaky blood vessel. This is a cytokine.
WBC have receptors for chemokines. Bind. Respond.
This signals microtubules to contract causing the WBC to lurch toward signal.
