Given: 8 weeks old, Twelve weeks old and 16 weeks old
(DTap and IPV given again at 3 years 4 months) - Diphtheria, tetanus, polio and pertussis

Pneumococcal infection (13 serotypes)

When is the Newborn blood spot/Guthrie test performed
Between day 5&8 after birth.
Offered to all babies up to 1 year of age with the exception of CF (only valid up to 8 weeks)
When is newborn baby Hearing screening performed
0-5 weeks of age
When is the NIPE performed
Within 72 hours of birth and again at 6 and 8 weeks

congenital heart disease
