remove dentures and examine mouth for clots
warm saline mouthwash and patient to remove denture after mealtimes and rinse and clean

review after 1-2 weeks
need denture fixative
review after 1 months
consider temporary reline
need repeat reviews
replace at 6 months to 1 years

reline material directly placed in fitting surface of denture and moulded in the mouth

upper and lower impressions recorded
high quality interocclusal record to confirm occlusion
