- Auto enter and establish - 80/100 kt 105 Nr
- Search light - ON/ADJUST
- At 100 feet - FLARE
- Imm. after water contact - FLOTATION DEPLOY

- Call out radalt - Below 1000 feet
Dual engine failure in hover.
- Hold the aircraft in level attitude.
2. Increase the collective as required to cushion the landing.
Emergency engine restart.
- APU Control Switch … ON (if time permits)
- Air Source Heat/Start … ENGINE
- Engine Ignition … AUTO
- Fuel Selector -DIRECT or CROSSFEED
- Throttle (affected engine) -OFF
- Engine Start Button … PRESS
- Throttle (affected engine) - FLY
(when TGT is below 150°C or sooner if the situations dictates).
Engine hot start.
- Throttle affected engine - IDLE THEN STOP
- Engine Starter Button … PRESS
- Motor engine until … TGT BELOW 250°
Engine overspeed.
- Safe Speed, Altitude and Heading - OBTAIN
- Throttle affected engine - IDLE
- Confirm Nr and remaining engine Np - NORMAL
- Throttle (affected engine) - STOP
Loss of tail rotor thrust in hover.
- Aircraft Attitude … LEVEL/MIN. G/S/NO DRIFT
- Both Throttles(cut cut cut) - STOP(5-10 feet)
- Collective … INCREASE TO CUSHION LANDING
Loss of tail rotor thrust in flight.
Pilot flying.
- Auto enter and establish - 80-100kt/105Nr
Confirm Loss of T/R Thrust
- Landing/search light … AS REQUIRED
- At 100 feet - FLARE
- Imm. after water contact - FLOATS DEPLOY

Please check that your seatbelts are securely fastened. Place the hood of your survival suit over your head and pull up the zipper. On the command BRACE – BRACE - BRACE, assume and maintain the brace position until the helicopter has come to a complete stop and follow the instructions.

Single engine failure - Hover OGE. FLY AWAY
- Collective….droop nr (100%)
- altitude…rotate nose down more than 20degrees
- Climb…..Vtoss at 100nr
- Landing gear….UP (with positive climb)
- Operating engine….OEI 2Min (when clear obstacles)
- Speed….Accelerate to Vy
- Operating engine….OEI MCP
Single engine failure - Hover OGE. LAND/DITCH
- Collective…droop 100% nr
- Altitude….Nose more than 20degrees down
- Speed…Accelerate until 50ft AGL
- Height 50 ft…Flare (reduce ROD and GS)
- Collective…Cushion landing
- Controls…Neutralise cyclic. lower collective
