Personal injury claims for less than £50,000 and other claims for less than £25,000
Where does the county court appeal to?
The court of appeal (civil division)
What are the high court judges in the high court?
Senior judges are the Lord Chief Justice, vice-chancellor and the president of the family division.
What are the English high court’s divisions?
The queen’s bench (LJC), the chancery (VC), and the family (President)
What does a court of queen’s bench do?
Consists of two judges, has first instance and appellate jurisdiction

It has two judges. It has first instance and appellate jurisdiction and deals with judicial review

It hears appeals from the county courts, high court and various others. It’s judges are the lords justices of appeal and it’s headed by the master of rolls
