What to do once you capsize

1. Count people
2. Go under if missing some one
3. Go under to get VHF and Flairs
4. Prepare the Painter. Go into Ring 1 and Ring 3.
   
   1. Lean back with straight hands and legs
5. Put loop on the hull and end.
6. Climb up
7. First person puts Sea Anchor out.
8. Loop end of painter into Loop 4 times.
9. Stand on edge with tallest up forid.
10. Dont put up hand when fli
