SARMA requirements
- InitiateD
- Current exec, past exec, or risk manager
- Full time student
- Sophomore or older
- 2.65 or above GPA
- Only one from sorority
SARMA term
- Hold office for 1 semester from appointment
- Biweekly meetings
- Do not intervene with chapter or notify prior of visits to functions
- Financial obligations
- Training
Registration
- Cannot override individual’s national rules
- BoilerLink Sunday before 5pmof function week
Time
- 6 or less hours
- 2 functions max in a day
- Must have a registered start time
- Must begin before 11pm
- Alcohol cannot be served after 1:30am the following morning
- End before 2am
Procedures
- Enter in front and present SARMA ID card
- First visit within 2 hours of function start
- Check function areas
- Teams of differing organizations and at least 2
- Cannot check their own organization
- At least 2 visits of more than 10 minutes
- Write function report
Rights
- Can check assigned functions
- Ask questions, comment, voice concerns to members
